You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be in original packaging, unworn, and with tags attached.
Custom or personalized products can only be returned if defective.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Go to My Orders in your RunMotion account.
Select the order youโd like to return and click Request a Return.
Follow the prompts to print your prepaid return label.
Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping partner location.
Once we receive your return, weโll send you a confirmation email.
๐ Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
Yes! Exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery.
Simply select Exchange for a different size when submitting your return request โ weโll ship your new pair as soon as the original is on its way back.
๐ธ How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5โ7 business days after we receive your return.
Once approved, youโll get a confirmation email and see the credit back to your original payment method shortly after.

Weโre sorry to hear that! Please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged item
A short description of the issue
Weโll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
