📦 What are the shipping options and costs?
We currently offer three shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — $6.90 flat rate
Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $14.90 flat rate
Free Shipping — available for all orders over $75
All orders are shipped from our main fulfillment center and include tracking details once dispatched.
🌎 Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We proudly ship to most countries worldwide.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.
Please note: any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
⏱️ How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the option you select:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (local time) will be processed the following business day.
🔍 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also track your order by:
Logging in to your RunMotion Account and going to My Orders.
Clicking on your latest order to see the delivery status in real time.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your Spam folder or contact our Customer Support Team.
đź“« What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
We understand that delays can be frustrating. Here’s what to do:
If your tracking number hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, contact our Support Team — we’ll investigate with the carrier.
If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
For late deliveries, we’ll keep you updated with every step until your order arrives safely.
